works of art. Each patchwork item is individually designed and created by this Australian
artist. The creative colour, fabric and pattern design that forms each
unique patchwork design is assembled by her talented sewers. These tapestry
and patchwork pieces are taken from very select local and imported fabrics
such as velvet, wools, satins and silks, depending on the item and
application. An exquisite blend of stylish tones, from vibrant to subdued, are
creatively combined to give true expression to the meaning of tapestry and
patchwork artistry.
Bags
Bags and Purses come in
many styles, such as the popular tote bag, the classic large
clutch bag suited to day or evening wear and the large authentic
English-style carpet
bag of lush rich tapestry.
There are three main themes in
bag designs: Contemporary, Floral and Classic:
Contemporary
designs use pieces that
are modern, bright, sometimes geometric but always stylish. Blacks, browns and
spotted 'animal print' pieces are some of the directions. Visit the product

Floral
designs have a
generally soft English 'cottage garden' feel to them, which works well in both
petite clutch bags right through to the large Carpet bags.
Classic
designs are universally
popular for their more gracious, enduring style. They use Black quite

Burgundy's and Navy's. They are especially elegant and stylish!

Garments include fitted
tapestry jackets of all types, full length patchwork coats, vests and kimono
style jackets for men and women. The kimono-style smoking
jacket is available made to your individual measurements if required. Tapestry

Heavy
brochade, tapestries, lace, ribbed fabrics and elegantly stitched material all
make their way into Original Patchworks designs. Sewn together in formal and

would not be a uniquely crafted work of art if it was previously duplicated in
